If your item develops an issue within the first 3 months, please return it to us at address in our shop contact details and we will get this repaired for you.

When returning an item, please include a note stating your name, eBay user ID, return address and a brief description of the issues you are having.
Please note you are responsible for shipping the item back to us. Once the item is repaired, we will pay to get the item shipped back to you.
As batteries deteriorate over time, they are not covered under our warranty. We can only guarantee that the battery will be in good condition upon arrival.
